At SpineX Physiocare, our allied health professionals are trained under the Early Intervention Physiotherapy Framework (EIPF) through WorkSafe Victoria. This means you're receiving expert, evidence-based care tailored to support recovery and safe return to work following a workplace injury.

If you have an approved WorkCover claim, you may be eligible for gap-free allied health treatment—so you can focus on recovery, not the costs.

Eligibility for WorkCover Support:

  • No Out-of-Pocket Fees
You're entitled to gap-free treatment if you’ve been injured at work and have an approved WorkSafe Victoria claim.

  • What to Bring
    To get started, please provide:

    • Your WorkCover claim number

    • Date of injury

    • Case manager’s contact details

  • No Upfront Payments
Once your claim is approved, we bill WorkCover directly, so you won’t have to pay out of pocket for covered services.

  • Pending Claims
If your claim is still under review or if your employer hasn’t yet paid the initial excess:

    • You’ll need to pay in full on the day of your appointment.

    • Once approved, WorkCover or your employer will reimburse you.

  • Certificate of Capacity
    As per WorkSafe guidelines:

    • Your GP must issue the initial Certificate of Capacity.

    • Your treating allied health practitioner can issue subsequent certificates as needed.
