Once your claim is approved, we bill WorkCover directly, so you won’t have to pay out of pocket for covered services.Pending Claims
If your claim is still under review or if your employer hasn’t yet paid the initial excess:You’ll need to pay in full on the day of your appointment.
Once approved, WorkCover or your employer will reimburse you.
Certificate of Capacity
As per WorkSafe guidelines:Your GP must issue the initial Certificate of Capacity.
Your treating allied health practitioner can issue subsequent certificates as needed.
