Sarbjit (Sam) is a dedicated and experienced Osteopath with a background in both Osteopathy and Physiotherapy. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in India in 2007 before furthering his education in Osteopathy, allowing him to integrate the strengths of both disciplines in his clinical practice.
With a strong foundation in musculoskeletal health, Sam has extensive experience in treating a wide range of conditions, including acute and chronic pain affecting the lower back, hips, neck, shoulders, elbows, knees, and ankles. He also has a special interest in managing complex presentations such as Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, TMJ dysfunction, vertigo, dizziness, and pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation.
His treatments are known for being both precise and holistic—focused not just on relieving symptoms but on identifying root causes and preventing recurrence. He is particularly skilled at simplifying complex pain issues, helping patients clearly understand their condition and actively engage in their recovery.
Sam’s approach is evidence-based, empathetic, and results-driven. His goal is to empower every patient with practical tools and strategies for long-term health, resilience, and improved quality of life.
